ITL Video…

international teen life project

In school, For the international teen life project, we have to make a video. I am working with Toni and we are doing Teen Smoking and we have a list that we have to tell about our project.

Software

The software we used in the video was Pinnacle and audacity. Pinnacle is a video making software and audacity is a voice recording software. We are using Pinnacle to make the video and add in all the voice recording and music. Audacity is where we recorded the voices.

Process

The Process was a little bit hard. We first had to look for music. Then we had to find pictures and get videos. Then we needed to put the on pinnacle and sort them out. Then we had add text to the pictured. Then we needed to record and add them to the video and add music to it.

Editing and production

For editing, we took out what we didn’t want, we changed fonts to readable and we changed the video around so people can understand it more. For the pictures, we didn’t use font colours that you wouldn’t be able to see or read, we made them so you can see them and read them. We took out things that didn’t match the criteria of Teen Smoking, we kept things that were in that criteria and we did the best we could make it as we said we wanted it. We wouldn’t put things on there that have to do with a whole different topic. We stuck to ours.

Literacy

There is a lot more to literature then you thought. You have to be able to read pictures to see what the picture is trying to tell you, read text, know what sites are true and what aren’t. Editing a video/making one is a part of literature too! You have to see what the pictures are about, if they match the criteria, put text on and a lot more. When you edit something they have to be able to read it. Like when you write something, it has to make sense.

Well that’s all for now.

 Bye
