PLN
This last week our class each made our own PLN account. Personal Learning Network. What we do is we add a blog and everytime they update the site, it will come up on our blogline.
What I put on mine is our class blogs, our teachers blogs, one from Africa that tells about all the people who have HIV/AIDS. Its really neat. But its sad. I got another one thats on there about the space that i wrote about the other day.
Its is nice to have that kind of thing because you can find sites that teach you things then you can add it to your bloglines account then u can keep it and it will tell you more about is when it is updates. When I heard about is, I thought it was neat because you can find so many sites that tell tou things or teach you things and you can add as many as you want.
What else we learned about this thig is RSS. Rich site summary. RSS means a format sharing content from different sites. It also allows you to see what sites they have.
